How do I withdraw my deposits?

STEP 1

Complete deposit set up 

Simply upload your ID documents and add your bank details when prompted, if you have not already verified this.

STEP 2

Request a transfer from your buyer

Once you’ve received a deposit payment and your buyer is happy to proceed, simply request a transfer to you. Please ensure the deposit is released to you before transferring ownership of your pet.

STEP 3

Transfer to your bank

Once the deposit has been released to you, it will automatically transfer to your bank account using our "faster payments". Payments are typically available in your bank account within 24/48 hours.

**unreleased deposits held for 75 days will be returned to the buyer automatically
